About Me


I am a final-year PharmD candidate researching the molecular biology of human dermal fibroblasts, with a focus on extracellular matrix signaling and skin regeneration. My thesis combines wet-lab cell culture and qPCR analysis with a self-built network pharmacology pipeline in Python — bridging bench science with computational drug discovery. I am currently pursuing PhD opportunities that integrate computational and AI-driven approaches with translational research, including their emerging applications in pharmaceutical sciences.

Thesis Title: “Synergistic Effect Study of Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (MAP) on the Quality of Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) Effects on Human Dermal Fibroblast (HDF) Proliferation and Vitality”

Design: Four-group in vitro comparison (control, MAP, PDRN, MAP+PDRN combination) in primary human dermal fibroblasts. Outcome measures included cell viability/proliferation (MTT) and gene expression (COL1A1, MKI67 by qPCR).

Duration & Role: Approximately one year. Independently conducted experimental design, cell culture, MTT viability assays, data analysis, and manuscript preparation; qPCR was performed with the technical assistance of the laboratory manager, under the supervision of Dr. Hamid Reza Ahmadi Ashtiani.

Status: Single-agent (MAP, PDRN) findings are published; combination-group results are in preparation, supported by a bioinformatics/network-pharmacology enrichment analysis.
